Introduction: – District Provident Fund Cell is operated at the District Transport Office’s Building, Simdega. Parental department of this office is Director Provident Fund (planning-cum-finance department) Jharkhand, Ranchi.

Administrative Structure: – Head of Office of this office is District Provident Fund Officer, Simdega. Who dispose the Work by the direction of the Director, Provident Fund Directorate (planning-cum-finance department) Jharkhand, Ranchi with the help of office employee.

Work of this Office:- There are mainly work of this office which is mentioned below:-

1. Final Payment – work of final payment of provident fund for the Gazetted or Non Gazetted employee after the retirement, after the online application of DDO.
2. Issue of account Slip: – Earlier account slip issued for Gazetted or non Gazetted employee but now it works online which can be monitored through employee service portal Jharkhand.
