Astroturf Hockey Stadium

Simdega has produced great male and female hockey players who have represented the country in the na- tional and international events, including Olympics and the Commonwealth Games. Due to the enormous hockey talent found in this district, Simdega has a beautiful Astroturf Hockey Stadium. Simdega also has an outdoor stadium called Albert Ekka Stadium for other sports.
