Satkottha

Satkottha is another picnic spot in Jaldega  block  that attracts tourists and locals alike for its pristine surroundings and panoramic views. The place is surrounded by green forests and is located about four kilometres from Jaldega, where it passes through a forested area. When you reach the place, you can only enjoy the unspoilt beauty of nature as the water cascades down from the small waterfalls and gushes through rocks and boulders. The meandering flow of the water looks beautiful. People sit on the rocks and enjoy the gift of nature. Some also go near the clean, bubbling water and are tempted to take a dip. But caution is advised. The place is refreshing and not yet fully explored, but it is being developed to  attract  more tourists.
