Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board (JBOCWW Board)

Registration process of construction workers under BOCW Board is as follows: –

Eligiblity-

1. Age between 18 – 60 Year.
2. Applicants must have work atleast 90 days.

Registration Fee-

1. 10 Rs.
2. Contribution fee 100 Rs per year on SBI A/C No-30613895935 IFSC Code-SBIN0004432

Required Documents-

1. Two passport size colour photographs.
2. Xerox Of Applicant’s Aadhar card.
3. Xerox Of Applcant’s Bank A/C detail.
4. Employment certificate.
5. Xerox of Nominee’s Aadhar card.

BOC Worker Scheme Benefit is as follows: –

1. Safety Kit yojana – For registered BOC worker. 1000 Rs. For buying safety kit will be transferred in the applicant’s Account.
2. Shramik aujar sahayta yojana – For registered BOC worker. 2500 Rs. For buying Aujar kit will be transferred in the applicant’s Account.
3. Cycle sahayta yojana – For registered BOC worker. i>Women of 18-45 year’s. Men of 18 year’s and above after completion of one year of registration and contributed amount of next year. 3500 Rs. For buying bycycle will be transferred in the applicant. s Account.
4. Medhawi putra/putri chatravriti yojana – For registered BOC worker, for two children. 45% of marks is required or course admission is taken through competition entrance exam. i> For class 1-8 Amounts of 5000 Rs will be transferred in the applicant. s Account. ii> For class 9-12 Amount of 10000 Rs will be transferred in the applicant. s Account. iii> Graduation and post graduation or equivalent Amount of 20000 Rs will be transferred in the applicant. s Account. iv> For engineering and medical course (graduate lavel) Amount of 50000 Rs will be transferred  in the applicant. s Account.
5. Samekit aam aadmi bima yojana – For registered BOC worker.
6. Jharkhand nirman karamkar mrityu/durghatna sahayta yojana – For registered BOC worker of 18-60 years. i> Death through Accident – grant of Rs.500000. ii> Complete disability through accident- grant of Rs.300000. iii> Partial disability through accident- grant of Rs.20000. iv> Normal death – grant of Rs.100000.
7. Chikitsa sahayta yojana – For resigtered BOC worker. Worker must be admitted in hospital up to 5 or above working day. Amount of current minimun wage of unskilled labour will be given to the worker. Maximum 40 days.
8. Chikitsa pratipurti yojana – For registered BOC worker. For listed serious disease after recommendation of medicale board.
9. Matritwa prasuwidha yojana – For registered BOC worker. For first two deliveries Amount of RS.15000  will be transferred in the applicant. s Account.
10. Anthyesti sahayta yojana – To valid/nominated nominee After death of registered BOCW worker. Amount of Rs.10000
11. Nishaktta pension yojana – For registered BOC worker whose body part is disable due to T.B. leaprosy or paralysis Amount of 1000 per month and Amount of Rs.10000 one time.
12. Pension yojana – For registered BOC worker. After completion of 60 years after deposition of three year’s contribution.
13. Pariwarik pension yojana – To husband/wife after death of pensioner. 50% of pension or Rs.500  Which will be more per month?
14. Anath pention yojana – Afted death of pariwarik pensioner. Amount will be given same at the rate of parewarik pension and amount will be distributed equally to the children’s below 18 years.

Jharkhand unorganized worker social security scheme: –

Registration process of unorganized workers is as follows: –

Eligiblity- 1. Age between 18 – 59 Year.

2. Maximum 2.5 Acre or less agriculture land.
3. No registration in BOCW welfare board.

Unorganizes Worker Scheme Benefit is as follows: –

1. Jharkhand Asangathit karmkar mrityu/durghantna sahayta yojana – To the nominee. Rs.50000 In case of normal death of registered unorganized worker and Rs.100000 in accidental death of registered unorganized worker.
2. Anthyesthi sahayta yojana – To the nominee for registered unorganized workers Rs.15000 In normal death and Rs.25000 in Accidental death during work or death due to occupational disease. In case of accidental death registration card, death certificate, FIR/Post mortem Report is required along with application form.
3. Mukhyamantri chatravrity yojana –

4. Kaushal unnayan yojana – For registerd unorganized worker or his/her two son/daughter according to his/her eligibility and choice though Jharkhand Skill Devlopment Mission.
5. Chikitsa sahayta yojana – For registered Female Unorganized worker. For first two deliveries Amount of Rs.15000 will be transferred in the applicant’s Account.
